Waiver of Trial and Admission of Liability

I hereby understand and certify that prepayment of civil penalties in regard to the above-referenced matter does not excuse me from appearing in Court.   If I intend to waive trial and admit liability, I must provide the Fairfax County Attorney’s Office with a signed and dated copy of the Summons at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date listed on the Summons.  I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that the signed Summons is received by the County Attorney’s office in a timely manner.  The Summons can be hand-delivered or mailed to the following address:
